Grand Naki Hotel

The location of the hotel is the best, close to all historical sites and a tram stop. The staff in the hotels go out of their way to fulfill every request. I had a job interview on the first day of my stay, the staff even helped me to print the documents I needed. They had a great tour operator whom they work with, I had booked 2 tours and had a blast on both of them. Everyone in the hotel was very helpful, as this was my second time I stayed there, I wanted to mention Dawod, Atiq and Yogol, who were absolutely amazing 👏 🤩 🌟

I travelled to Istanbul alone and for a woman this hotel is perfect! The location is strategic, very close to everything in the old town, walking distance to Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, the Bazar, one of the oldest hammam.. the most important places to visit.. The Tram line is 5 minutes from the hotel as well. Very safe to walk to the holtel also in the night, with shops open until late and many nice restaurants, services, cafes. The hotel itself is linked to a very nice restaurant in the same building, and one evening when I was tired and I didn't want to search for a restaurant, I had dinner there and it was very good! The room was simple but clean, quite, and the bed very confortable, I slept very well. The staff was very very nice and ready to help! I felt at home and safe. I will return in this hotel next time!

Location was excellent with, room was comfortable, toilet and showers spacious and staff was very helpful. They organised and booked transport from airport (which is quite far away, about an hour) and vice versa and they were on time plus they booked for us a Bosphorus boat cruise too for us and experience was great.

Great little hotel with perfect location, we simply walked to several main destinations. very friendly staff, nourishing free breakfast. The shower water is very hot, nothing is better than having a hot shower after coming back from the rainy and cold weather. That helped a lot. First day we got a small room next to the lift, somehow it was convenient. reception advised us to change it to the big one next day, we wanted but we unpacked plus we were going out early morning for a tour the next day, we felt like it was manageable then stayed where we were. During the rainy weather, we borrowed an umbrella from the reception, which it’s very handy. When we needed the cups in our room, receptionist brought us the cups. Very helpful.

Located on a walking distance to many touristic attractions in Istanbul. Only 4 min walk to the metro and plenty of restaurants nearby. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. When we arrived they showed us two rooms and allowed us to chose the one we like most. They also gave us recommendations in navigating the city and were very helpful in helping us find my mother's phone which we lost at a cafe.
